CrossFit Five28's Kids Camp is an exciting and active opportunity for any kid this summer. Our camp is designed to introduce the next generation to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, engaging way. With age-appropriate workouts, games, and challenges, kids will develop strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the importance of teamwork and healthy habits. Each session focuses on promoting physical activity, good sportsmanship, and a love for fitness, all within a supportive and safe environment. Whether they're brand new to CrossFit or looking to work on their skills, kids will leave the camp energized and motivated to stay active! Having FUN is our #1 objective!
- $150/week per kid
- Ages 5 - 13 years old
- 9am - 12pm each day
- NO LUNCH. A snack will be provided. You're also welcome to send your child with their own food
- You can register for both weeks! If you do, let us know and we will give you $20 off per kid for Week 2.
