Cody, along with the other CF 528 owners, was born and raised in Olympia, WA. Cody has been competing in CrossFit for ten years now. He is passionate about the sport, but more than that, he has a passion for coaching and helping others achieve their goals.

Skyler fell in love with CrossFit in 2020 and has been competing in the sport ever since. He is experienced in the sport's specific techniques and skills and loves to share his knowledge with others to help them in their CrossFit journey.
