Next Gen FrostFit Games

Join us for Year 2 of the Next Gen FrostFit Games! A CrossFit competition designed for kids of all skill levels. At CrossFit Five28 we are passionate about teaching the next generation the value of moving your body and challenging yourself. This competition is open to boys and girls ages 6-12, where everyone will compete in four CrossFit events. There will be prizes for top finishers in each division. Come and enjoy a fun day of fitness with us! 

-All participants will receive a t-shirt, bib number, and a holiday goodie in their athlete packets

-Athletes should come prepared with tennis shoes, athletic clothing, water bottle, and snack 

-Our coaches and judges will go over every movement with athletes. There will be NO complex Olympic weight lifting movements

Check in- 8:45am

Event 1- 9:15 am 

Event 2- 10:00 am 

Event 3- 11: 00 am (Floater event)

Event 4- 11:30am

Awards Ceremony- 12:30 pm

*these are all start times, there will be multiple heats, so the exact time each athlete competes will vary
